EPCRA Section 312 · due every 1 March
Send your safety data sheets and quantities. We prepare a file in your state's format, or an entry sheet for its online system. You review, certify and submit.
Each facility report includes
1
Upload your safety data sheets and fill in maximum and average amounts on site, by location.
2
Your chemicals and quantities entered as you give them, in your state's file format or as a field-by-field entry sheet for its online system.
3
You check it, certify it and submit it through your state's system.
Who files: facilities that at any one time hold 10,000 pounds or more of a chemical that needs a safety data sheet, or, for an extremely hazardous substance, 500 pounds or its planning quantity, whichever is lower. Some states set lower thresholds.
Fixed and shown up front, so you know the cost before you start.
What we don't do: no site visits, no compliance reviews, no hazard determinations beyond EPA's published lists, and we don't certify or submit for you. The figures come from you; the certification is yours.
$395
