Who we are

AllReadyDocs is operated by NeatDrive LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. In this policy, "we" means NeatDrive LLC. Contact: hello@allreadydocs.com.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address and what you ordered.
• Intake information: the facts you send us to prepare your documents, such as your organization's name, EIN and filing history, or your facility's chemical inventory.
• Payment information: when card payment is available it is processed by Wix Payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Site usage: our website host, Wix, runs a script on our pages and may set cookies needed to operate the site and to measure visits. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and shares your IP address with them.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver the documents you ordered.
• To answer your questions and send order-related emails.
• To keep the records tax and accounting rules require.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and ads work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your intake information for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the business: Wix (website hosting and payments) and Google Workspace (email and document storage). They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records: as long as tax law requires. Intake information and finished documents: 12 months after delivery, so we can re-send them if you ask; then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@allreadydocs.com. Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights; we will honor the requests we are required to honor.

Security

We rely on the security of our hosting, email and payment providers and limit access to your information to the people preparing your order. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for organizations and businesses, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
