Who you are dealing with

AllReadyDocs is operated by NeatDrive LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("we"). By ordering, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you order for.

What we provide

We provide templates, worksheets and instructions, and we type the information you give us, as you give it, into those documents. That is all we provide.

What we do not provide

• We are not a law firm, accounting firm, enrolled agent or engineering firm, and we do not give legal, tax, accounting, environmental or engineering advice.
• No attorney-client, accountant-client or other professional relationship is created.
• We do not file, sign, certify or submit anything for you, and we do not represent you before any government agency.
• We do not review your situation, interpret your answers, or decide which option is right for you. You choose the route or option; we prepare the documents for the one you chose.
• We do not guarantee any outcome, approval, deadline or acceptance by any agency.

If your situation is complex, unusual or high-stakes, talk to a qualified professional before you file.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us, for reviewing every document before you sign or file it, for checking current agency forms and instructions on the day you file, and for meeting your deadlines. Government rules and forms change; our documents reflect the sources listed in them as of the date shown.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars. Documents are delivered electronically, usually within 5 business days of a complete intake; the clock starts when we have everything we need, and we confirm the date when you order.

Refunds and corrections

If you cancel before we start preparing your documents, we refund you in full. Once we have started, we do not refund the order. If a delivered document contains an error in our work, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.

Use of the documents

Documents prepared for you are for your organization's own use. Our templates, worksheets and instructions remain our property; you may not resell or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties, fees, lost tax-exempt status or lost funding.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law requires otherwise.
